Stacy’s perfect day involves hanging out with her cat Gingy, browsing the shelves of a local bookstore and doing a little thrifting - almost certainly in an outfit the rest of us wish we owned. But perhaps the most important thing to know about Stacy is that she collects fake food - and was doing it before Amy Poehler made it cool. Her collection includes an oversized baguette pillow and a ceramic potato, which means she may be the only person at Craft capable of bringing both sides of our great bread vs. potato office debate together.
